Who We Are
The Talita Cummi Foundation was created with a deeply compassionate and faith-driven mission: to uplift, restore, and bring hope to children living in extreme poverty, vulnerable situations, and abandonment.
Our work extends beyond borders. The foundation currently serves children and families in El Salvador, Venezuela, Nicaragua, Haiti, Argentina, the Dominican Republic, and Cuba, reaching communities where help and hope are urgently needed.
We work directly within communities, providing not only material support, but also love, care, guidance, and faith. We believe every child deserves to live with dignity, to feel valued and loved, and to know that their life has purpose.
Our Mission
Our mission goes beyond meeting basic needs. We strive to enhance living conditions, foster family stability, and, most importantly, share Christian values and teachings. Through compassion, service, and God’s Word, we guide children toward a path of goodness, connect them with Jesus, and help them understand who He is, reminding them that hope is always possible.
“Talita Cummi” means “Little girl, I say to you, arise”, and this calling defines everything we do: to lift hearts, restore dreams, and bring hope to children—no matter their circumstances or location.
Our Vision
Our vision is to see children transformed by the love of God, growing in faith, strong values, and real opportunities that allow them to break free from cycles of poverty and despair.
We envision healthy, strengthened communities where children grow with dignity, hope, and purpose, guided by Christian principles and a future filled with promise. We strive to be a bridge between need and restoration, trusting that with Jesus, all things are possible, in every nation we serve.
